Along side my role as Associate Head of Design, due to my knowledge and training in animation, and motion design I was able to take the Lead Designer seat on this project.
I was the fulcrum on which the lofty ideals of creativity and excellence were balanced with the hard realities of talent, resource and schedule. I helped to interpret and craft the creative from the creative team and character designers, organise the motion designers and measure their progress along with presenting to W+K, managing their expecations and finding solutions for challenging situations. The hero assets created (in no time at all) from this mega team went on to form a successful worldwide DOOH campaign.
