For Bvlgari, The Mill Design Studio developed and delivered a global campaign for their website, social media, OOH platforms. I played a critical leadership role, as Head of Design, ensuring the successful execution of the project from early creative and operational discussions through to final delivery.

I was responsible for strategic oversight, creative problem-solving, and team enablement throughout the project.
My key contributions included:

-Advised on workflow strategy, estimating time, resources, and team size for execution.
-Handpicking and positioning artists, organizing the production pipeline, and onboarding freelancers and new members of the internal team.
-Assisting in troubleshooting the challenges of a completely new workflow and pipeline with artists.
-Acting as a bridge between artists, creative directors, and producers, resolving workflow challenges, smoothing working relationships, and ensuring everyone could deliver their best work.
-Connecting teams and assets across separate jobs when needed for increased project efficiency and for the purpose of creative alignment.
-Advising on workflow and timing changes when some changes to the approach were required, leading crucial client discussions to realign expectations.
-Hands on assistance in quality control, troubleshooting technical errors, and providing hands-on support during the critical final stages, to ensure the campaign’s successful delivery.
